Following the manufacturing halt of Daihatsu autos in Japan after affirmation of security testing irregularities in April final 12 months, Daihatsu has introduced that manufacturing and cargo of 10 fashions on the Daihatsu Kyushu Oita (Nakatsu) manufacturing unit will resume from February 26 this 12 months, and the transport of accomplished autos will resume on February 19.

Daihatsu acknowledged that the ministry of land, infrastructure, transport and tourism in Japan has confirmed that the fashions concerned now adjust to the nation’s highway transport automobile act.

From the Daihatsu Kyushu Oita (Nakatsu) plant, the fashions from three manufacturers that may resume manufacturing and cargo are as follows:

Daihatsu:

• Mira eS
• Hijet Truck
• Hijet Cargo
• Atrai

Toyota:

• Pixis Epoch
• Pixis Truck
• Pixis Van

Subaru:

• Pleo Plus
• Sambar Truck
• Sambar Van
